The report shall strive to identify any information that may have escaped initial review, and determine if that information should be fed into the final design. Responsible for leading the commissioning activities with the OEM's for equipment on the plant floor. Responsible for ensuring all GPDS controls deliverables are completed on time for programs.   Technical Skills and Abilities:  Must be knowledgeable in PLC programming languages. Must have the ability to develop PLC programs for machine applications. Must have a good understanding of communication networks and implementation. Must have the ability to read, understand and modify electrical drawings. Must have a working knowledge of AutoCad. Must have the ability to design electrical control systems including panel design, power distribution networks, and sensor and motor communications. Must be knowledgeable in HMI programming Must be knowledgeable with motion control devices such as servo motors and controllers Must be knowledgeable with industrial I/O devices and networks.
