ISD will work on federal government projects and be required to design and develop complex, diverse instructional systems design projects, including paper-based and computer-based formats, using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) model. ISD will develop instructionally valid training, testing, and post-training evaluation materials by analyzing and interpreting user requirements, technical specifications, application features, and functions to translate them into appropriate training formats.
