Production Coordinator fluent in Japanese Wanted!

This is an onsite contract opportunity covering a maternity leave starting ASAP and lasting up to 4 months. This is a swing shift, working from 3-11 pm and fluency in Japanese is required (written and verbal). Our client creates digital versions of print magazines. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving PDF files from publishers and coordinating them through the production process, including coordinating the receipt of files, handing them off to an internal production artist or outsourced vendor, making sure the title is posted to the server and meets deadline. Due to the nature of the work, the 3-11 pm shift AND Japanese language proficiency are required.
