Document appropriate information on internal and external customer contacts to provide and ongoing and accurate dialog of information regarding customer orders and history. Continually enhance job knowledge by reading updates, by attending all available training sessions and keeping resources updated and current. Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to increase customers' inbiund program phone orders.
