The right candidate for the role would have the following skills:- Be the point person for new sales or our NetSuite ERP/CRM products and services in the Central Region (Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado, Missouri and Texas).- Lead NetSuite ERP implementations and changes to existing systems.- Have a deep technical experience associated with NetSuite applications.- Maintain a deep engagement with NetSuite Product resources and have a solid understanding of the NetSuite product roadmap.- Establish, coordinate and maintain data integrity procedures, processes and policies.- Study manual accounting processes and procedures and make recommendations to our clients as to how to automate.- Coordinate with client lead users and client engineering teams to test and implement new or modified programs as needed as well as create focused and targeted solution presentations.- Implement process improvements with systematic solutions and train end users on how to effectively use financial systems features and applications.- Help support the client proposal and Statement of Work process.- Work with third-party products.Basic Qualifications- BS/BA in Accounting or MIS.- 4 + years of experience in the NetSuite application as well as other mid market accounting/ERP applications.- Professional Services / Consulting background required.- Strong conceptual, analytic and problem solving skills.- Strong project and time management skills.- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.- Work with regional consulting Business Developers and Principals as well as be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firm.- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel. Preferred Qualifications - NetSuite software experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong computer skills, including MS Office- Ability to work as an effective member of a team- Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment- Willingness to travel You have high expectations for yourself and your career.
