Production Coordinator

Details: Engage with work cell through visible safety leadership activities and in particular with Shift Team Leader and operators to ensure SHE standards are understood and complied with. Ensure all required materials are available to assigned machine center within the work cell. Work closely with Production Area Leader on schedule buy-off process and coordinate communication and implementation of production schedule. Coordinate finite scheduling with Production Planner. Manage appropriate Kanban inventory system within the work cell. Ensure attendance tracking system integrity and reports are updated and available  to Shift Team Leader. Coordinate vacation and OT scheduling by working closely with Shift Team Leader. Co-ordinate and supports maintenance activities. Manage labor to make most efficient use of available personnel ensuring that all allocated employees are suitably trained per training matrix. Communicate to the Shift Team Leader where there are training gaps (current and potential future gaps). Support operators and Shift Team Leaders in their daily performance by ensuring all materials, tools and equipment in place at the right time. Use available tools to track the efficiency and productivity of the work cell  on a daily / monthly basis. Suggest improvements to BaaN router timings. Work with Production Engineers to implement improvements. Manage improvement projects as directed by Production Area Leader and AIT’s. Work with cross functional groups to implement continuous improvement activities.

Loadout Operator

Details: Duties & Responsibilities:Monitors level and placement of raw material in storage building.Maintains loading preparation board.Performs daily safety inspection on mobile equipment and work area.Performs and prepares Pre-loading inspection sheets for each tank car.Performs and prepares Pre- and Post- Unloading of Raw Material Sheets, and delivers to Receiving.Insures out-going shipments have proper labeling.Maintains filter strainer fit for use daily.Maintains housekeeping/cleaning of work area including conveyors and transfer building.Supports (as a member/resource) BPI effort.Performs work in a safe and productive manner while wearing required protective equipment.Performs other duties as assigned by management.Attends Monthly Plant and Safety Meetings.Quality Duties & Responsibilities:Is empowered to perform duties as defined in the position description to provide a service that meets the quality standard.Is accountable for the quality of the service this position provides.Reports to supervisor, takes corrective action, and alerts the appropriate person(s) when quality standards are not met and are outside of this position's control.Does not compromise Quality and Safety for quantity. Packaging Development Engineer, Principal

Details: This Position is located in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. Schedule:Rotating Shift - 12:30p to 9:00p and 9:30a to 6:00pPosition Overview: Be part of a fast paced world class distribution center. Order fulfillment Representatives process customer orders from around the world from start to finish ensuring customer satisfaction and the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: (Responsibilities will vary daily based on workload to include the following: pick process, pack process, bar coding and customer support.) • Pick parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately • Inspect and receive product • Prepackage product for bin/emergency stock • Inspect quality of the product before prepackaging • Perform packaging tasks which include:     o Review pack lists to insure correct quantities     o Verify correct parts have been picked     o Box product and prepare for shipping • Assemble cables and battery packs • Cut tape and reel product into sale package quantities • Shipping (Processing) • Shipping Dock • Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC answering product questions. • Handle customer change-order requests when applicable. • Investigate customer complaints regarding shipment errors and update inventory stock levels • Perform inventory counts as related to customer shortage or overage complaints and update system • Other duties as assigned/required This Position is located in Thief River Falls, Minnesota.
