Job Title: Sr. Process Improvement Analyst Employee Type: Full Time Responsibilities: Lead improvements in accounting/finance processes and related boundary systems to ensure accurate internal and external reporting Research the underlying cause of issues with accounting, finance or related boundary processes/systems teams and propose solutions Partner with business teams from accounting, finance, IT and operations to agree on process improvement solutions Coordinate with business teams to draft project plan(s) for the execution of agreed upon process improvement solutions Project manage the agreed upon project plan, including tracking and reporting on the status of the project, identifying and addressing risks and regularly communicating progress to team members and senior management Follow up on process improvement solutions with key process owners to ensure the solutions implemented are as expected
