Details: POSITION SUMMARY Under the direction of the Supervisor of Operations/ Operations and Regional Managers and the general instruction of the Facility Contact at a assigned facility or at the STAT Centralized Processing Center (CPC), the Release of Information Specialist is responsible first for the duties and responsibilities of the Release of Information Specialist position. In addition, the Release of Information Specialist performs slightly more complex tasks at full service ROI locations. A Release of Information Specialist may also assist in training and providing coverage at various sites.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS   Maintains a high level of professionalism and good rapport with clients.
