[Bi-Weekly] Input payroll either as a Journal Entry or through the Accounts Payable Module (Kettle Workers Payroll will be inputted weekly). [Daily] Receive and answer calls/emails from corps officers and assist Corps Officers when they come into Divisional Headquarters. Complete all monthly bank reconciliations and other reconciliations as needed (i.e. AP open invoice detail listing). Calculate and input monthly support service, self-denial, and harvest festival. Email month end financial statements to corps officers. [Quarterly] Sales Tax preparation and payments. Year end financial reports preparation. Prepare records for auditor as well as participate in the auditing process as requested by the auditor.   Participate with the Corps Officer in preparing the Corps Budget.
