Details: Position SummaryThe Manager, Career Development is responsible for leading career development efforts and cultivating employer relationships in order to identify career opportunities for Blackhawk Technical College students and alumni in various employment sectors (private, non-profit, and public). The Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and assessing an integrative program that leads students through self-exploration and self-examination in order that they may be equipped with the skills necessary to take charge of their professional lives.Position ResponsibilitiesA. Actively participate in the identification, recruitment, and relationship management of prospective employers through individual meetings, site visits, online networking, and attendance at regional events hosted by professional associations, chambers of commerce, individual employers, and consortium colleges.2.
