Regional Director

Details: Corizon was recently awarded the Arizona DOC state contract, we would like to identify a candidate interested in a Regional Director opportunity. The Regional Director (RD) provides direct supervision to multiple, administrative managers who are in turn responsible for the delivery of contract services at remote site locations. The RD is accountable for coordinating the delivery of contract services and ensuring those direct reports and their sites are in compliance with all aspects of the client contract. The RD is directly responsible for compliance with Corizon Policies and Procedures, both administrative and clinical, at all sites within their span of control. The RD has responsibility for recruiting and hiring site management personnel and participates in interviewing and selecting contractual staff. In addition to overseeing the management of the site's budgets, the RD supervises the construction and maintenance of annual operational plans. The RD is responsible for providing supervision, feedback, coaching, mentoring and development to assigned site management personnel. The RD is responsible for developing and maintaining positive, professional, collaborative relationships with clients (warden, supervisor, and/or equivalent client role) and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Must be able to climb ladders lift 75 pounds and carry ashort distance. Must be able to work with analytical emission equipmentNOX/SO2/ CO ECT. This requires observing water levels pressure andcontrols. There is a pair of cooling towers that must be monitoredand checked daily for biological and corrosion. This will includewater testing a well as the boilers to check and maintainchemistry. This will require you to deal with chlorine acid polymersulfite. Must be able to work on and trouble shoot chemicalpumps. Mustwork with condensate pumper drums steam traps and heat exchangersthis will involve trouble shooting with process some times. Must work withReverse Osmosis Systems and iron filters these are checked severaltimes a day for proper operation and involves manuallyregeneration.
