Operational Support Complete new supplier PPAPs and major project PPAPs including on site run offs in support of implementation teams. Responsible for solving major or escalated operational issues with suppliers such as quality and delivery problems, including engaging the right people (internal and external). Facilitate and complete DFM process. Training and Development of Suppliers Identify gaps where execution does not meet expectations and train people to enable action plans to close the gaps. Adapt training to target and influence people at all levels of the supplier to drive improvement in KPIs.
