Has responsibility for assessing the quality, robustness, and capability of the process and making decisions, with others, to halt or modify production as needed should the process not meet quality and/or safety standards. May have direct reports.   Responsibilities: The role will be supporting the supply chain responsibilities for the StoneTech business which include material planning, inventory management, order fulfillment and other items.  Details on specific tasks are listed below. Inventory Management at Toller and Global Warehouses: Manage inventory levels to targets at all regional and global warehouses. Debug issues related to inventory records resulting from cycle counting process or shipping issues Work with SAP CoC WM resource to resolve issues related to stock transfers to and customer orders shipping for all warehouse locations to prevent stockouts of material. Run SAP reports to check for deliveries not shipped, work with warehouses to resolve Manage process for return shipments / products to MG4 Participate in Bi-weekly Canada Order Fulfillment Meeting to inventory transfers are completed in support of inventory targets for Canada warehouses. Process orders for requests of sample materials  Attend Weekly Production Meetings for MG4 Assist with annual physical inventory count  Prepare and support MG4 with weekly cycle counts of finished product, packaging and raw materials Monitor open sales order/return order reports and work with customer service and warehouses to close open items proactively SAP inventory adjustments & batch fixes Manage Zebra bar-code label files. Join our innovative team! Our Valdese, NC Manufacturing Facility has an immediate opening for an experienced CAD Technician.The Mechanical CAD Drafting Technician will provide mechanical design support for  industrialization capital expansion of the Valdese MnO2 Program.  This position will operate as part of a multidiscipline team dedicated to develop and qualify large scale manufacturing operation equipment for new cell types based on existing Lithium Manganese chemistry. Overall Responsibilities: Perform non-routine and moderately complex design tasks requiring the operation and application of Computer Aided Design equipment.  Work with Process and/or Product Engineer(s) to provide detailed 2D/3D component and assembly design prints for new cell designs. Work with Process and/or Product Engineer(s) to provide detailed 2D/3D equipment components and assemblies. Work with Process and/or Product Engineer(s) to provide facility layout of new and existing equipment. Work with Process and/or Product Engineer(s) to create Bill of Materials (BOM's), spare parts lists and operating instructions for all phases of specified project(s). Procure product and obtain component information and specifications, vendor information and capabilities under direct supervision of the Senior Mechanical Design Engineer.
