All of the engineers are responsible for his/her own customers so documentation of client environments is a HUGE part of this person's job. They will be supporting and troubleshooting an enterprise redhat environment. Typical issues that this person will be troubleshooting will include implementation, break/fix, network connectivity issues, San Storage issues, performance issues, ect. Other daily include team meetings (some of which will be customer facing), ticket management, change management and overall problem management of trending issues. This candidate will have 2-3 different accounts they will be working with. 30% of their day will be documentation, reviewing and maintenance, 30% change/case management, the remaining 40% will be geared towards customer meetings, administrating and issues/problems that could arise.

It is imparitve that you have experience using the Blade Logic automation tool in order to automate onto a cloud platform (BMC Cloud CLM), using batch scripts (NSH). You will also be installing software onto the servers using SQL/IIS.
