ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

n Schedule service appointments for the franchises and affiliated locations supported by the NSC

n Build rapport and interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about services

n Solve problems and overcome objectives in a consultative manner

n Manage assigned projects and meet specific deadlines

n Other responsibilities to be discussed during interview
