PLANT ENGINEER

Details: POSITION PURPOSE: The Plant Engineer is primarily responsible for the reliable operation and maintenance of the plant's facility & manufacturing systems. Included activities are preventive & operational maintenance, environmental health & safety compliance, and budgetary responsibilities as may be directed. Minimum 4-6 yearsexperience in the Retirement industry with knowledge of ERISA, IRS,and DOL regulations. ESOP industry experience and knowledgepreferred. Knowledge of retirement plan types, securitiesprocessing, trust operations, and recordkeeping. Computer skills -Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred - TrustAccounting (AddVantage). Strong interpersonal and the ability toeffectively communicate verbally and in writing with individuals ofdifferent backgrounds and education levels.
