GIS Process Documentation Analyst

Details: As a GIS Process Documentation Analyst for our client, you will analyze, document enhance and streamline GIS technical processes to support an enterprise-wide GIS project. Will provide a range of GIS-related services including GIS database management, data processing, and metadata management. Develop strategic plans and related technical documents to implement GIS projects. Capture and document functional specifications for GIS application development. Create, edit, compile, and publish documentation for functional GIS Operation handbooks. Will assist with analysis of GIS components, processes and workflows. GIS specific tasks will include: Performing GIS data exports; providing feedback/suggestions on custom tool suite; providing a general analysis of GIS components and workflows and providing a detailed data analysis including feature classes and linear event tables. Sr Security Sales Consultant T2

Details: Principal Accountabilities 1. Supports the branch booking and profitability through the achievement and exceeding the individual booking plan, while paying attention to the business mix (i.e. annual service, lease and direct sales) 2. Develops sales lead within the assigned territory through the use of cold calling, referrals, contact with local builders, and direct mailing. Maintains an active lead generation plan. Develops these leads through self-initiated strategies and the assistance of national programs developed through the Marketing Department. 3. Provides timely and effective sales presentations to prospective customers to ensure that the product and services offered are thoroughly explained, understood and sold. 4. Plans a sales approach designed to determine the prospect's needs and wants for the product/services offered, and the investment the prospect is willing to make. 5. Functions as the recognized branch sales expert in the local Security marketplace. 6. Conducts job surveys specifying the type of systems required, and provides a cost proposal and layout to be used as a basis for the contract and by the Installation Department in completing the job. Accompanies the installation department to the initial job start to ensure the customer requirements are confirmed and are understood by the installation department. 7. Exhibits a thorough knowledge of all pricing procedures and strategies to ensure that contract estimates are accurate and will deliver the expected return. 8. Follows sales upon completion of the installation to make certain that the system is working properly, to explain its operation to the customer, and maintain a rapport that will result in continual referrals. 9. Prepares sales reports in a timely manner to keep Sales Managers informed of sales activities. 10. Coordinates with other departments to ensure the confidence of the customer is maintained. Responsible for planning, forecasting and monitoring all subcontracting costs. Implements corrective actions to ensure costs are consistent with branch financial plans. End User Consultant

Details: Job Summary: An End User Consultant (EUC) at Stanley Security Solutions (SSS) will generate sales opportunities by marketing company product lines to existing and prospective commercial end users. The EUC should enhance end users’ perception of Stanley Security Solutions as a leader in security and Stanley Mechanical Solutions (SMS) as a leader in door hardware. This will be accomplished by the EUC becoming competent in all types of hardware lines and electronic products and partnering with subject matter experts, such as, Electronic Sales Engineers (ESEs) and Architectural Consultant Reps (ACRs). The EUC will develop and maintain their geographic area of responsibility as assigned to increase market share of the end user base. Organizational Relationship: This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager. This position will work closely with the other EUCs, End users, Authorized Distributors, DDMs (Distribution Development Managers), ESEs, ACRs and Spec Writers. There are no direct reports to this position. Specific Responsibilities: 1. Develop end user opportunities by marketing company product lines and offering value-added services to prospective end users. 2. Maintain relationships with established end user accounts by coordinating with the Distributor and DDM to achieve mutually satisfactory solutions to end user concerns. 3. Gain understanding of new and current end user needs by following a consultative selling approach. This will allow the EUC to earn end user trust and potentially uncover additional opportunities. 4. Must participate in and pass annual Sales Certification course as provided by Corporate. 12. Details: The incumbent will be responsible for generating sales by marketing company product lines to architectural firms and consultants. They will seek to write, and influence specifications for architects and other specification writers and administer company sales policies and procedures. In addition the incumbent is responsible for expanding the perception of Stanley Security Solutions as to a total access control and hardware company. This will include the development and maintenance of the geographic area of responsibility as assigned to increase market share of customer base through architectural specifications. Specific Responsibilities: 1. Develop new architectural customers by marketing company product lines and offering value-added services, availability of information and specification writing service to targeted customers. Maintain current customer information. 2. Develops strategies, tactics, and contingency plans, in conjunction with the Construction Representative, to obtain specific market share. 3. Provide customers with on-site specification consultation, develop and enhance professional presentation skills and provide system specifications and project coordination to best achieve the required sales objectives. 4. Specifications are to be written by the SpecCentre, to the greatest extent possible. This will allow for more architects and specification writers to be seen by this person. 5. Establish company relationship with architectural firms by providing customer service to achieve mutually satisfactory solutions to architects concerns. 6. Work closely with Construction Representative and other SSS personnel to expand SSS’ architectural presence and to design, plan and specify projects in order to provide the very best level of servicing each architect. This includes working with Dodge or CMD information. 7. Working with Manager, Construction Representative and other Sales Representatives, establish goals and objectives, understand how they will be measured, receive feedback and work towards achieving these agreed upon results within the stated time period. 8. Perform customer training, as customer needs dictate. 9. Perform other duties as assigned by Director in support of departmental goals.
