These runs are dedicated to our clients. Runs are to Urbana, IL, Lodi, Ft. Wayne and Terre Haute. We run in a 300 mile radius.This is home every night. We pay .36 cents a mile, $16 per hour for detention and $13.50 for extra stops.Drivers must have 2 years of verifiable tractor trailer experience and a good mvr. Details: Tracks closed loan packages from title attorneys. Reviews and processes all closed files as per the post closing checklist. Deliver loan files for purchase in a timely fashion via electronic delivery or overnight service. Review and cure investor suspense items on a daily basis, clearing outstanding issues promptly to avoid penalties to CMS. Assist in the process of forwarding final documents to investors after loan purchase. This includes reviewing document for accuracy and identifying the investor it needs to be delivered to. Documents must be scanned/imaged for own records. Downloading purchase advices and suspense reports from investors on daily basis. Upon sale of loan to investor prepare and mail ‘Goodbye Letters’ to borrowers and insurance companies notifying them of the transfer of servicing rights. Handles HUD case binder entry into FHA internet connection. Prompt payment of FHA UFMIP or VA Funding Fees within ten (10) days of loan closing. Responsible for the administration of VA loan guarantee packages. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Shipping/Quality Control Clerk (Temp-to-Perm)
Details: Performs various production control activities for pick tickets, including gathering and filing records. Reporting on completion of pick tickets. Monitoring status of pick tickets Posting closed pick tickets and outstanding pick tickets (by maintaining a log) Calculating production rates (from beginning to completion of pick tickets Ensuring that all pick tickets are accounted for Tracking processed PO’s; tracking pick tickets to the warehouse floor, back from the warehouse floor, shipping to the vendor, and returns from the vendor Tracking buyouts; tracking when the buyout was placed, and tracking when the buyout was returned to the Houston facility. This position will also be cross trained in invoicing, shipping, and pulling MTR’s in the future Ensure that all BOL’s are generated accurately and timely for all daily shipments so that all LTL carriers are dispatched from the Company prior to 6:00 pm. Ensure that all orders are tracked in the tracking database so that management knows the status of all orders at all times. Ensure that all shipments shipping to the same destination are matched and shipped on the same BOL to minimize shipping costs. Schedule daily pickups with carriers. Once orders are picked, BOL’s have been generated, and MTR’s have been created, ensure that the paperwork is placed on the corresponding shipments. Orders are sorted/staged by carrier for a prompt and accurate pickup. As needed, pull MTR’s from the MTR database and generate the necessary paperwork for daily shipments to ensure that LTL carriers are dispatched from the Company prior to 6:00 pm. Assist the MTR clerk with pulling records for daily shipments to ensure that all LTL carriers are on dispatched from the Company prior to 6:00 pm. Act as back up for the MTR clerk/MTR administrator. Other duties as assigned by management.
