This position conducts account research on customer DDAaccounts to verify banking relationships used for creditapplications, housing applications, and any other legal transactionrequiring bank validation. Requests are received through a varietyof places, each needing different and specific information.Attention to detail is a critical skill used to protect both theBank and the customer from disclosing inaccurate or unauthorizedinformation. This position will also handle the records of allCharged-Off accounts turned over to a collection division.
