Electronic Design Engineer

This person must have a good working knowledge of the key components used to develop our high speed integrated control systems such as microprocessors, digital and analog IO, Ethernet and serial communication, sensors, cameras, and algorithms for object-oriented programming. The person in this position must have an understanding of machine integration (both hardware and software) and have system design experience.  This person must be able to balance design concepts and manufacturing requirements related to product performance, quality, cost and manufacturing efficiency.  The person in this position is expected to follow company standards, utilize best practices and have a firm understanding of the required design tools as well as those established:  Mas90, MS Visio, MS Project, MS Office as well as a variety of vendor development tools.  A thorough understanding of the Leary product line is required.
