Details: Provide general administrative support to the District Manager and other district personnel. District Assistant has frequent and continual interaction with the Branches and Headquarters personnel. This position requires performing numerous administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, answering telephones, ordering supplies, paying bills, preparing new hire and other personnel action documents, open and distribute mail, logs, manuals and files. In addition, the position requires organizing district and training meetings, planning and preparing training material, setting up conference calls and making travel arrangements, and producing and compiling accurate daily, monthly and quarterly reports to be used at the district, region, and division levels. As needed, the District Assistant will also assume relief assignments in the branch.
