Based on general, obscure and/or conflicting objectives, leads professional teams responsible for development, planning, testing and/or modification of new manufacturing, quality, and/or aftermarket processes, products and/or systems, with a focus on using TPS and Lean tools. Utilizing specialized engineering knowledge, provides technical support to multiple levels of executives, managers and/or employees over significant complex issues. Provides input, develops and/or leads department recommendations for design and/or procedure modifications and enhancements.
