The District Manager coordinates all sales activities within their region, working in conjunction with their Regional Technical Manager to achieve all revenue goals. Specifically, the employee will be maintaining the relationship with existing customers, up-selling where the opportunity arises and adding new customers to the existing customer base. The selected candidate will be rewarded for their success with an excellent compensation/commission plan. This candidate will work from their home office and must reside within the territory of New Jersey / Pennsylvania. Responsibilities Include: Develop and execute strategic territory business plans Create and drive revenue, increase brand awareness, and generate leads within your territory Generate new business opportunities through professional prospecting and cold-calling Conduct large group sales presentations and software demonstrations Take ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to closure Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within Salesforce.com CRM Generate quality leads from tradeshows and regional networking events Actively work to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers Maintain communication with customers to ensure client satisfaction and retention Provide regular product and market feedback to Product Management Meet (and exceed!) annual sales quotas

You will also conduct periodic customer service and quality assurance visits with your merchant clients to maintain strong working relationships and grow sales accounts. Additional responsibilities of the Outside Sales Rep include: Explaining Central Payment’s bundled credit card processing and social media/mobile marketing services in simple, effective and persuasive terms Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with business owners in your area, starting with small to medium-size businesses and working your way up to larger businesses Collaborating with your Sales Director to prepare and present competitive sales proposals Providing first-time customers with a free new programmed credit card terminal and helping to reprogram existing terminals Working closely with Central Payment colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, Technical Support, Web Development and other departments to meet your sales goals
