This position will provide an outstanding opportunity for an Associate Marketing Manager to learn and assist with various aspects of customer acquisition and partnership marketing across print, digital and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic marketing plans and implement ongoing test agendas across multiple platforms of subscriber acquisition including online, email, digital (tablet and mobile), paid search, social media and more
• Manage day-to-day marketing activities including creative development, test execution, results analysis, and strategic recommendations
• Provide actionable insights based on detailed analysis, continually refining test strategy to improve conversion and grow revenue
• Help manage partnership relationships with existing partners such as The Container Store and Bed, Bath & Beyond as well as formulate pitches to new prospects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including internal and external designers, production, fulfillment, list management, and more
• Assist in managing monthly reconciliations, forecasting and budgeting
• With manager, build consumer awareness of new product launches and consumer loyalty through smart, innovative marketing
• Help support email marketing program with retention team, tracking consumer engagement and other KPI. Deliver sound recommendations for program improvements to Brand Senior Management
Key Qualifications:
• Digital marketing background with a solid understanding of fundamental direct marketing principles
• Experience setting up A/B and/or multi-variate tests and reporting on key performance metrics
• Familiarity with search engine marketing best practices and email database segmentation
• Social media experience a plus
• Detail oriented and results-focused
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel
• Ability to think both creatively and strategically
• Self-starter who can work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast pace, changing environment, managing multiple projects, setting priorities and meeting deadlines
• Ability to build relationships across multiple groups and communicate effectively with both peers and upper management, both written and verbally

The Assistant Director, Assessment Programs assists with the development, design, and administration of assessment efforts for Campus Labs member campuses. The Assistant Director, Assessment Programs reports to the Director of Assessment Programs.
