AT&T is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager – PMR / LMR business development to lead strategy and implementation of business mobility products and services designed to provide cellular-based solutions for customers previously using private networks (PMR/LMR); including enhanced PTT, QoS, rugged devices and accessories, and dispatch applications.  Responsibilities will include the definition, prioritization, documentation and communication of product strategies and roadmaps, features, requirements, business cases, marketing and pricing plans, and post-launch in-market results for innovative products and services.  This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who managed a product line in software or telecom industries
Required Skills:
•         10+ years of project management and product development experience
•         Direct experience in PMR/LMR markets
•         Experience directing and overseeing market development for new and existing products with successful track record
•         Proven experience leading regular strategy and realization reviews and strategy projects; preparing product briefings, roadmaps, scope descriptions, and launch documents
•         Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills required
•         Experience managing multiple projects at the same time and delivering on time
•         Experience managing projects with external vendors/partners highly desired
•         Strong written, verbal and oral presentation skills required.
•         MBA preferred.
