Manager, the I.T. Intern will increase operational efficiency and company profitability by providing Tier 1 user support and customer service on company supported computer applications and platforms.  This is a 40 hour per week internship opportunity that will last for 3 months.Job Duties: Accept technical support calls to the I.T. Department and log them in the Help Desk Tracking System. Forward technical support issues that cannot be addressed by the Help Desk to the appropriate technician.
