Details: The contractor shall provide NetOps planning support to the NetOps Planning Branch which is responsible for providing project management support for enterprise CND and IT capabilities. The scope of the enterprise projects includes 250,000 users, 150,000 workstations, 1,800 servers, and the network infrastructure supporting them at over 30 locations worldwide. The NetOps Branch is a fast paced work environment with over 40 major enterprise projects being managed at any one time. The NetOps Planning Branch supports the MCNOSC mission by leading MCNOSC capabilities-based planning efforts through an effective planning process, sound project management techniques, and development of effective non-materiel solutions in support of new capability requirements. Internal to the S5 Plans Division the NetOps Planning Branch interfaces with the CND Plans Branch, and Engineering and Transformation Branch. The NetOps Planning Branch supports the CND Plans Branch by collecting external and internal customer CND requirements as well as providing project management support.
