Position Summary
Prepares and processes mortgage loan files from application through approval; assures compliance with bank, regulatory and investor guidelines and customer service standards; communicates with customers, internal staff, title companies, and the like to respond to inquiries; and obtains all necessary documentations required for the file through approval.
Essential Duties
- Prepares loan files that are semi-route in nature for loan submission to underwriting by inputting information into system, completing processing sheets, and prioritizing documents in the file, and preparing and mailing all required loan disclosures.
- Reviews and verifies each file to ensure all information is correct and current and normally receives general instructions on routine work and on new assignments.
- Orders credit reports, title commitments, surveys, and appraisals from the appropriate party and reviews for acceptability prior to submitting for approval.
- Acts as a liaison between customers and all parties involved in the transaction and communicates with customers if any items are needed for loan submission and keeps them posted on loan status.
- Submits files through automated underwriting for approval and completed loan packages to appropriate underwriter for final approval and validation.
- Prepares approved loans for closing and coordinates closing with lenders, borrowers and title companies to include the reconciliation of money collected and disbursed and the completion of data on the HMDA screen.
- Attends seminars, in-house training sessions, and/or reads mortgage publications to stay abreast of new loan product guidelines and processing procedures, including credit guidelines and underwriting requirements.
- Sends verifications for deposits, employment, installment loans, mortgages and rentals, as required and participates in providing loan origination services as needed for customer call-ins.
- Requests additional information from title companies, builders, Realtors and others by phone, fax, or letter when needed and prepares and mails Adverse Action Notices and updates Loan Origination System (LOS).
- Performs other duties as required.
AVP - Business Systems Manager
This role is in the Business Systems Delivery - LOB Analytical Tools team and will primarily provide support for the Rating Methodology products supporting the Corporate Finance team. The Line of Business products are used by the Moody's Credit Analysts to perform analysis, reporting, authoring research and conducting surveillance.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the Rating methodology business analysts to support the needs of the business.
• Work with Credit Analysts and other key stakeholders to understand analytic needs
• Ensure effective delivery by managing projects and releases across the entire lifecycle, including requirements specification, system design, development, testing and deployment
• Manage a small portfolio of systems and provide a single face to the business to address their requests and concerns related to those systems and to IT in general.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of respective business processes, strategies, market dynamics and competitive landscape as well as IT capabilities and capacity to align IT systems and service offerings with the business needs.
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the business by filtering and prioritizing customer demand, collaborating on the initiation and development of projects, providing appropriate communications, and gaining signoff on work products to make IT an effective enabler of the business strategy.
• Partner with other MIT teams in the support of these projects and releases, including but not limited to Development, QA, Enterprise Architecture, and Technology Operations
• Collaborate with Production Support to resolve client issues and respond to system-related questions

This harvest position at Delicato Monerey especially offers a great opportunity to study and follow how cultural practices in the vineyard can infuluence the resulting wine style and quality. The Harvest Lab position is seasonal and the duration is approximatly from August through December.

Position Requirements:
Education: 4 year degree preferred, (science or related field) and or previous winery lab experience preferred
Experience: Lab and winemaking experience preferred.
Knowledge: Adept at lab and pilot winery winemaking skills. Must be a highly motivated self starter able to execute instructions and work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work a crush plant schedule. Flexible hours. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel highly desirable. Good wine sensory, math, communication, and organizational skills.

The purpose of this position is to support environmental and sustainability projects and initiatives within the Office of Sustainability. The Sustainability Intern/Temp is at minimum a 3 - 6 month, full-time assignment, with potential to go longer (based on business need and incumbent availability).
