Details: The Paralegal will provide the General Counsel, Associate Counsel and business departments with legal support, particularly in contract drafting, review and management.  Administer contract database and help ensure contract process follows UCare policies and standards. Draft contracts or contract provisions as requested, including vendor services, consultant, and provider agreements, with appropriate supervision from the General Counsel and/or Associate Counsel.
