The Production Support Analyst provides tier 1 application support for troubleshooting jobs relating to production systems by assessing issues raised, developing solutions, testing and implementing into production. The Production Support Analyst is also responsible to ensure all project source materials are maintained in the code source control library. The Analyst is also responsible to ensure all the required project documentation is completed in accordance with the group's Control and Documentation requirements. Primary Responsibilities Deployment of source code to Production and UAT (testing) environments within established SLAs Monitors production systems, jobs and processes, troubleshoots and resolves productions issues Monitoring batch jobs and taking remedial actions when they fail, alerting customers, developers etc as necessary Responding to and addressing problems identified by users and by monitoring processes.
