May compile lengthy or detailed documents from multiple sources, assimilate, format and prepare such documents for printing, binding, and/or distribution ensuring technical accuracy. Coordinate project meetings. Maintains calendars, schedule, set up project meetings, and make arrangements as required based on own knowledge and judgment. Makes travel arrangements and assist with travel reimbursements as necessary. Responds to correspondence of a technical or routine nature as required. Assist with contractual reporting and compliance issues as requested. Maintains and revises files for both the Document Archives (electronic) and hardcopy as necessary. Create, update and maintain publication lists, databases, and web pages. Researches, analyzes and creates reports and miscellaneous data, as required. Performs other duties as required, make decisions, and dispose of problems as may be required by taking necessary action and acting based on own judgment and knowledge. Cooperates and coordinates with personnel of all levels, both internal and external to the corporation. Collect and maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies. Arrange for the repair and maintenance of office equipment as needed. Receives visitors, directing to the proper persons. Gathers and distributes mail. Receives, routes and places telephone calls on behalf of the Project Management Office. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of corporation information.
