The purpose of this job is to perform financial data collection and adjustment tasks, accounts payable duties, and other accounting-related duties under supervision of the client account manager.The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for receiving mail and scanning documents onto the network. Additional financial duties will include coding, updating tracking databases, review for completeness. The AA is the main contact for the client regarding accounts payable, and works closely with both domestic and offshore teams to ensure AP is completed. Responsibilities will include working with the CAM to research invoices, prepare for tax filings, maintain process notes, assist with audits, and process payroll garnishments. Details: Job Description• Wells Fargo Audit Services (i.e. Wells Fargo s internal audit department) has an opening for an Audit Leader. The candidate will lead the execution of the integrated audit process (primarily as in-charge) and may participate in audits (generally to provide subject matter knowledge/skills), in accordance with WFAS policy.
