Personal Banker I
Responsibilities and Duties:
1.Develops customer relationships by identifying needs and making appropriate recommendations for products and/or services. Seeks referrals from all customers by expanding existing relationships and attracting new business by soliciting products and services by phone. Promotes loan growth by prompting customers for new business. Meets or exceeds all production goals. Consistently and accurately uses CRM program in various capacities, including customer profiling. (45% - E)
2.Provides professional, courteous service to all customers including opening new accounts and processing loan requests. Implements and administers procedures to attain established goals set forth by manager. Meets or exceeds average score on Secret Shop Scores. (30% - E)
3.Maintains a strong working knowledge of and ensures full compliance with all applicable banking regulations, as well as maintaining the confidentiality of customer account information and bank security features. (10% - E)
4.Ensures the timely resolution of all routine account and loan operational problems. (5% - E)
5.Assists the assigned manager with the preparation of various reports, compiling requested documentation, controlling costs, setting production goals, and working with existing banking center staff on cross sales and referrals. (5% - E)
6.All other special projects, and duties as assigned. (5% - M)
Credit Analyst
Responsibilities and Duties:
1.Prepares Loan Approval Summaries and Loan Committee reports for new and renewed loans. Researches and analyzes financial statement data, evaluates industry trends, consults with loan officers, accounting firms, and customers, as needed, to ensure comprehensive technical review of proposed and existing credit facilities. (50% - E)
2.Accompanies loan officers on outside calls or inside bank visits with clients to discuss borrowing needs. Places calls to clients as needed to procure financial data, assist with loan payment collection and serve as a liaison with clients as needed. (15% - E)
3.Assists loan officers and risk manager with a variety of tasks including monitoring loan agreements, preparing annual reviews of term credits, borrowing relationships, and preparing financial projections. Also assists bank examiners and auditors in obtaining information related to their area of responsibility ensuring compliance of federal and regulatory guidelines. (15% - E)
4.Attends Loan Committee meetings and is prepared to assist loan officers with presentation of data to committee members. (5% - E)
5.Prepares reports as requested by department manager, loan officer, and senior management. (10% - E)
6.All other special projects, reports and duties as assigned. (5% - M)

Project Engineer – Pacific Coast Commercial Real Estate has an exciting and challenging Project Engineer position for an experienced, self-motivated and energetic individual to supervise a team of Maintenance Mechanics responsible for all mechanical and property maintenance and the daily operations of a high profile corporate owned and leased facilities portfolio which would include inspecting, repairing and running all Building and Property systems, equipment and improvements so that the physical aspects of the property meet the company’s established standards and any applicable laws. Job Responsibilities
