CFS Loss Mitigation Specialist 1
The CFS Loss Mitigation Specialist 1 has initial and frequent contact with customers. This position will identify and address early and late stage collections requirements, needs/issue, volumes, and timelines for a portfolio or group of portfolios. This position will also recommend solutions for difficult delinquent accounts, provide excellent customer service to the portfolio of customers, perform administrative tasks (such as cash drawer management, answer telephones, routine typing, order supplies and pay bills), and service accounts. The position requires direct supervision from the Center Manager and hands-on coaching from the Assistant Center Manager.

CFS Loss Mitigation Specialist 3 (Assistant Center Manager)
The Loss Mitigation Specialist 3 helps the Center Manager produce consistent polices, practices, procedures and results in a goal oriented centralized environment. This position will identify and address early and late stage collections requirements, needs/issue, volumes, and timelines for a portfolio or group of portfolios. This position will also recommend solutions for difficult delinquent accounts, provide excellent customer service to the portfolio of customers, perform limited administrative tasks (such as cash drawer management, answer telephones, routine typing, order supplies and pay bills), and service accounts. This position should assist in planning strategies to provide knowledge and expertise to employees regarding loan and insurance products, credit and delinquency decisions, difficult account solutions, and servicing accounts. This position will be required to work with limited and general supervision from the Center Manager, while providing coaching and hands-on training to other employees in the branch regarding loan and insurance products, credit and delinquency decisions, difficult account solutions, and servicing accounts.

At a base level, BBC, Inc. trains entry level team members to act as liaisons between clients and prospective customers in the Atlanta business market. Designer
SCOPE: Design of mechanical and/or electrical components and systems, working with and through Design Engineers to meet customer and sales product requirements. Extreme attention to detail, producing defect-free design packages within the specified schedule.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Design of mechanical and/or electrical components and systems through awareness and familiarization of regulatory standards – FMVSS, DOT, etc.
- Use tools such as computer aided design (CAD), design automation software, product configuration software, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and other engineering tools.
- Create prototype and testing of components and systems
- Create accurate drawings through knowledge and practical use of design and drafting standards.
- Create designs for various components utilizing fundamental Engineering principles
- Add accurate dimensions and tolerances to detail drawings, conforming to drafting standards and department policies.
- Application of DFM methodologies to deliver producible designs to Manufacturing assuring form, fit and function. Utilize knowledge of manufacturing processes with emphasis on metal fabrication / assemblies.
- Create and manage indented BOM in adherence to company standards. Fully use engineering configuration tools for BOM and design automation.
- Support manufacturing to ensure meeting quality objectives and schedule commitments are met
- Use root cause methods to solve issues on the production line
- Knowledge and use of lean principles as they apply to manufacturing and business processes. Participation in continuous improvement activities.
- Fulfillment of customer requirements (i.e. quotes, shop orders) taking into consideration design rules and all applicable interface points. Hold cross-functional design reviews as appropriate to solicit input to deliver a robust design that is producible, avoids interferences and meets all industry and company requirements.
- May be required to participate in customer meetings to understand design requirements and answer questions regarding product design parameters and/or limitations.
- Handle engineering changes through established processes and documentation.
- Output includes drawings, layouts, schematics, harness drawings or software programs, etc.
POSITION EXPECTATIONS:
