    3. Supply personnel for fabrication and field support for R&D and development projects.

    4. Support projects with personnel for field work on plant shutdowns and warranty work to maintain availability of core skills and experience.

    5. Represent Manufacturing / Design in determining if new ideas and products are viable and profitable to ICM.

    6. Coordinate with various departments, customers and vendors to address and negotiate the settlement of warranty claims. Involved in the activities of the Warranty Council.

    7. Collaborate with Supply Chain Management in managing inventory levels to meet operating goals.

    8. Collaborate with safety personnel to provide a safe work environment through training and enforcing of safety guidelines.

    9. Oversee all budgetary activities for Manufacturing to ensure compliance with stated goals and objectives.

    10. Responsible for Manufacturing / Design’s top line reporting and load vs. capacity.

    11. Manage and lead manufacturing department meetings. Attend bi-weekly director meetings as well as the operation division director meetings.

    12. Manage Manufacturing / Design department staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Lead the development of team goals and measure performance toward achieving goals.

    13. Work with ICM internal teams to maximize communication and resource usage to operate as efficiently as possible.

    Description:  The Web Coordinator will provide assistance and participation in all marketing activities related to Web delivery.  This person should have a strong Web and Technical background, with a good creative eye and marketing acumen.  The Web Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that EtQ's Web Marketing efforts are maintained, including website maintenance, web page content and design, DHTML elements of the website and marketing activities related to Web Design and Development.

    The Web Coordinator will also have the opportunity to work with the entire Marketing Team on developing new marketing strategies and translating those strategies to Web-based content and delivery. The Web Coordinator will execute online campaign strategies to increase the reach of the organization.

    Duties:

    -Update and maintain EtQ's corporate website-content updates, new pages, new images and navigation.

    -Build and maintain DHTML website elements. (form registrations, password protected sites, intranets and extranets)

    -Assist in the management and tracking of PPC and paid advertising over the web.

    -Assist in the management of EtQ's Marketing Automation System (HubSpot Proficiency)

    -Design and development of any email campaigns through our email marketing system

    -Assist in the moderation and recording of EtQ's Webcasts and Webinars

    -Work with team to monitor and maintain web portals

    Requirements:

    This position requires a strong technical background in common Web Design languages, such as HTML, DHTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a must; PHP, Flash, HTML5 are a plus.  Design skills are preferred, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and similar tools.  Position also requires some familiarity with Marketing software such as Constant Contact, HubSpot, GoToMeeting and others. In order to be most effective, the Web Coordinator is required to be onsite in the Farmingdale, NY office.
