Customer Service Associate and Receptionist

Details: This is a full time Temp/Hire, possible Direct Hire, for a smaller insurance agency in Kaukauna.  Description:  Independent insurance agency looking for a customer service associate to assist with personal lines.  If not licensed, this company would train an administrative or customer service candidate to quote renewal business, communicate and work with underwriters and producers to assist in the sales and retention process of clients.  (There is NO cold calling or telemarketing in this role.)
