MANDATE

Sales/Production

Generate new customer relationships by consistently applying the Harris Bank Sales concept to all new/ prospective customers – 100% of the time. Cultivate and strengthen current customer relationships by staying abreast of the customer’s needs; maintain a customer needs analysis and assesses the overall financial needs of the customer; follow up when appropriate to present products and services that will meet the customer’s overall financial goals.

Meet or exceed current sales revenue goals and One Harris goals by selling and cross-selling bank products and services to retail, mortgage  and small business customers that satisfy the financial needs and goals of the customer; refer qualified customer leads to HIS, Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Banking, etc. in order to successfully fulfill One Harris goals.

Personal Banker may be required to create and execute individual mortgage sales plans and revenue goals.  The Banker will analyze customer financial, credit data and other relevant information to evaluate level of risk as well as present viable financial alternatives and advice to customers.  The Banker will receive customer applications, quote mortgage rates/points and complete necessary follow-up activities to acquire mortgage sales.

Have an understanding and apply basic sales skills and product knowledge including deposit and loan products.

Conduct targeted sales calls (phone or in-person [with Bank Manager, when appropriate]).

Work collaboratively with the Retail Team and all lines of business to improve the customer experience; inspire trust and motivate others, embrace opportunities for learning, partner with colleagues and share knowledge while embracing the Harris Customer Promise.

Relationship Management/Customer Experience

In depth knowledge of Multicast (ASM and SSM)Education: BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related area. Experience: 8 - 10 years of experience in Information systems, including networking, security, and design. Required: Able to obtain Public Trust Desired: Able to design, implement and support a converged network consisting of voice, data, video traffic. Knowledge of data center infrastructures including F5, ASA, IPS, and Proxies. Knowledge and basic understanding of application flow in both client/server and multi tiered environments. Network Engineer

Details: Oakton/Waldorf Network/Circuit Design Engineer with a minimum of 6 years experience in design documentation, installation, and testing of digital and analog communications systems using radio and satellite transmission media. Must be able to provided Tier 2/3 support to the existing network and assist in the installation of communications systems, analyze equipment configurations and faults, and provide technical assistance to on-site personnel. The existing Northstar network is made up of digital and analog communications systems that use radio and satellite transmission media. Must also be able to work with in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in the in the upgrade of communications systems, to meet future requirements providing future sustainability. Systems and subsystems include both secure and non-secure voice, data, and message user terminals, facsimile, type 1 encryptors, switches, modems, routers, computers and both ground-to-air-to-ground and satellite communications. Responsibilities will include Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) development and documentation of systems/subsystems that support the Northstar Network. The successful candidate should be familiar with the use of spectrum analyzers, T-1 test sets, digital VOMs, and Firebirds. Must be able to provide on-site network operational training to network technicians and operational users. Must also be able to provide network engineering test and evaluation support for Northstar network. Test and evaluation functions will include requirements development, planning, coordination, arrangements, management, consultation, assistance, operation, evaluation, and documentation. This support shall include the development of test and engineering evaluation plans, observing the conduct of tests on operational systems, and/or advising test teams, and analysis and documentation of test results that troubleshoot problems on existing information and communications systems and develop solutions to the problems. This position will provide network engineering technical support to the Special Government Operations Center (SGOC). The Network Engineer is responsible for preparing new design layout requests, updating and reconciling existing designs. The candidate must determine all network components required to provision a equipment and services, submit purchase requests for all required equipment. Following up where needed to insure the Customer Desired Due Date is met. The candidate must have a complete understanding of analog and digital signals. Be proficient in network design as well as legacy and future technology. Be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with attention to detail. The Network Engineer shall work with the operations manager, to monitor and maintain situational awareness of the circuits and equipment/subsystems under the responsibility of the Special Government Operations Center (SGOC). The successful candidate will assist the customer with network actions reports to aid installation teams with the installation and transfer of equipment and circuits without operational disruption. Applicant must be able to: --Quickly learn Northstar network features and capabilities, --Debug circuit problems, and correct defects as required, --Work effectively in a dynamic environment on complex projects, --Work with employees and customers to identify, anticipate and resolve issues and create specifications, create well-written and comprehensive documentation, --Help create and maintain multi platform technical specifications and procedure descriptions, communicate effectively, --Work cooperatively and congenially with others, --Complete other special projects and/or duties as assigned, --Support the management and monitoring situational awareness of all equipment/circuit activations and deactivations under the responsibility of the SGOC, --Coordinate implementation and installation of equipment and circuits with customer Service Contracts, --Coordinate equipment and circuit implementation troubleshooting as required, when equipment and circuits are installed and accepted, --Develop equipment and circuit Installation Design Plans/Drawings Requirements:  BS in one or more engineering or science disciplines is preferred. Minimum of 6 years experience in an integrative engineering discipline, such as systems engineering, aerospace engineering, or industrial engineering. Experience with LAN/WAN/MAN networks including: MPLS, Routing Protocols, TCP/IP, VPNs, VoIP, Applications, Optical Networks, Wireless-Mobility, Security, Video, Hosting. CCNA certification preferred. Demonstrable experience of complex routing and switching topologies. Extensive experience in network architecture and design. Solid Cisco product and configuration experience. Must be able to 'multi-task' between variety of IT projects and initiatives, track and prioritize them. Required: Requires ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance, must have a minimum of secret clearance to start. Desired: A CCDP or CCNP certification would be beneficial. Familiarity with AT&T Product Support would also be beneficial.
