Nurse EducatorPatients are at the center of our business strategies. The Nurse Educator Program is an educational based program designed as a resource for patients living with auto-immune diseases that have been prescribed specific medications. Nurse Educators provide education about specific disease treatments, and resources to help patients better begin and manage their disease state and resources associated with their prescribed medication. Nurse Educators are responsible for participating in one-on-one communications with patients as well as appropriate medical professionals within the associated treatment process. Since the program is strictly educational based, Nurse Educators do not provide medical advice or work clinically within this role. Details: A well-established NYC Owner/ Management Company is seeking a talented Estimator (Project Manager) with at least 5 yrs experience. The individual will manage the complete estimating process for a mix of residential and commercial properties. Specific Responsibilities: Conduct construction estimating, budgeting and bidding for assigned projects. Evaluate bid specifications and drawings to ensure a successful process. Interact with architects, clients, business development and operations staff to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and schedules. Negotiate work pricing proposals in response to specific proposal requests. Obtain all cost information from subcontractors and material supplies to meet project requirements. Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Maintains technical knowledge by continuously reviewing vendor data on product and pricing changes. The ER Specialist will assist with, and participate in, developing, recommending, and implementing employee relations programs.
