Details: We are seeking a Parts Clerk. Experience preferred for automotive parts. Wage depends on experience. Under limited supervision, the Parts Clerk supports maintenance and facilities by providing parts, safety equipment, operating supplies, fuels, and lubricants.DUTIES: Pull, stage, and issue parts and supplies to mechanics. Prepare PMI and other maintenance task kits to reduce parts retrieval time and improve technician labor efficiency. Enter all part receipts and issues into the inventory management system Perform inventory cycle counting. Screen and return warrantable parts to disposition warehouse for claims. Receive material from vendors or interdivisional transfers and places items in their assigned groups and proper location. Pull, tag, and package material for shipment to vendors or for interdivisional transfers. Create requisitions for the purchase of material. Perform other duties as assigned. Candidates must be 21 years of age or over. Computer Skills (Word & Excel). Clerical skills: file, alphabetize, organize, count & sort. Able to lift 50 pounds. Inventory Control. Details: The A/R Clerk I, Correspondence is responsible for timely and accurate research and distribution of lockbox correspondence. Details: The Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving all sales, growth targets, profit margin, forecast and revenue goals in an assigned territory (New England, preferably based out of Boston area). The Business Development Manager works in conjunction with other corporate resources to achieve all strategic objectives including molecule/new project pipeline acquisition. We are seeking a Utility Worker to assist the Maintenance Department with the upkeep of the fleet, shop, and operations facilities, as well as to provide assistance with the documentation of activities related to vehicle maintenance, fuel, and parts inventories.
Duties:
- All vehicles completely fueled and fluids topped, ready for service at various times of day.
- Fuel and fluids inventories tracked and monitored.
- Fuel logs maintained accurately and up to date for each vehicle and type of fuel/fluid.
- Vehicle interiors cleaned according to contract.
- Vehicle exteriors cleaned according to contract.
- Vehicle emergency equipment (fire extinguisher, body-fluid kit, first aid kit) fully stocked and functional.
- Vehicles parked according to facility parking plan.
- All fleet damage documented and communicated to appropriate personnel in the case of unreported damage.
- Fuel island maintained and kept clean, any spills contained immediately and reported to the appropriate personnel.
- Work area maintained according to OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Office, break and restroom areas cleaned and trash disposed of properly.
- Maintain adequate stores and accurate inventory of cleaning supplies required.
- Provide assistance as necessary to shop staff in keeping parts inventories accounted for as well as in procurement of necessary parts for fleet and facility maintenance.
