Details: We are looking for an experienced, motivated and innovative team member who focuses on quality and is anxious to contribute in a team environment. This team member will be part of the Credit Card Acquisition Decision Systems team within Consumer Lending Technology. We provide services to the Credit Card Risk, Marketing, Strategic Solutions, Origination and Fulfillment teams. You will act as a liaison between business partners and technical organization by planning and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Responsibilities include translating Consumer Credit Card policy into specific decision criteria; and for testing and monitoring decision system performance as part of an overall systems testing and production validation. The team member will need to understand Credit Card policy and write SAS code that translates policy into specific decision criteria. This SAS validation code will be executed as an independent source of the decision systems to validate credit decisions. Additionally, the team member will own the testing evaluation process, developing test plans and execution of test scripts; validate production changes prior to implementation and will monitor and evaluate the production decision system to ensure that it is operating as designed. The team member will also be responsible for data management including maintaining daily, weekly and monthly data sources and data validation. The team member may provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff. Team member will work with various business teams in a highly collaborative environment to verify requirement definition and application development to meet the needs of the business. The individual will work to ensure that issues are discovered and resolved appropriately which may include weekend and evening support.
