New Homes Construction Superintendent

Details: Regional homebuilder seeks a Superintendent for its Orange County, NY communities.  Essential Functions: Supervise construction activities in assigned communities. Manage subcontractors to complete contracted scopes of work. Interact with local inspectors and manage inspection schedules. Maintain clean and safe worksite.  Enforce all safety/OSHA policies and regulations. Enforce Company’s quality standards and enforce product specifications. Walk homes daily.  Identify areas for attention and contact appropriate subcontractor. Interface with sales representatives and respond to maintenance issues. Maintain curb appeal of community entries, monuments, models, spec inventory and community as a whole. Manage homebuyer relationship; conduct walk-throughs; manage new home orientations. Maintain interior appearance of models and spec inventory.
