Mobile Commercial Building Maintenance Engineer

Details: Perform technical and mechanical functions as directed by the Lead Engineer or Engineering Manager for the purpose of operating the property in a manner consistent with maximum efficiency, cost effectiveness, and service to the building and its tenants.Perform all necessary mechanical maintenance and operational procedures to assure maximum life and reliability to all mechanical systems.Daily local travel between properties Perform troubleshooting and repairs of facility systems including: HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical, and preventive and corrective maintenance tasksAssist with installation and alterations of building equipment systemsTroubleshoot, evaluate and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunitiesPossess competent knowledge of use and care of tools and equipment used in facility and grounds maintenanceComplete assigned work orders in a timely manner and communicate work order status via PDA device or paperwork Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditionsInspect new facility equipment installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulationsComply with all EPA, OSHA and ASHRAE rules, requirements, procedures and guidelinesMaintain and operate life safety/fire systemsInteract with tenants on a daily basis in a professional mannerRespond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns Maintain a neat, clean appearance at all times. Details: GIS Specialists produce accurate, professional-quality GIS based services & products. Details: Handle maintenance work efforts on a variety of complex electrical distribution systems (UPS, PDU, Static Switching Equipment, Closed Transition ATS Systems, Power Quality Monitoring Equipment, etc.), complex HVAC equipment operations (Chill Water Loop Distributions, Condenser Water Distributions, Back-Up Central Plant Operations, White Space Temperature Control, CRAC Unit Maintenance, In-Row High Density Systems, Controls, etc.).Schedule preventative maintenance with a minimum disruption of critical utility services delivery (100% Uptime), performing and/or delegating preventative maintenance tasks to the appropriately qualified O&M service provider, ordering parts and equipment required for repair, maintaining and installing new equipment, and maintaining inventory.Direct the performance of contracted maintenance work as needed. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to, insuring the timely performance of maintenance contract work, overseeing the fulfillment of equipment warrantee obligations by the installer, securing equipment manuals and drawings from the installers/contractors, insuring that all vendors providing services have been properly trained on the clients policies and procedures.Comply with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials. To learn more about our organization, please visit our Website at www.acog.org! The Position We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will assist our CFO and Finance Division in the performance of duties related to its committees and activities.    Responsibilities   Maintain the daily operations of the Chief Financial Officer, including the following: prepare daily correspondence; schedule daily appointments; screen calls and reroute to appropriate division or staff person; maintain contact with outside agencies and Fellows as designated by the Chief Financial Officer.  Schedule travel arrangements; prepare meeting files. Plan the bi-annual Committee on Finance, Compensation Committee, Audit Committee and Subcommittee on Insurance meetings, including preparing meeting notices and reserving conference rooms, coordinate site selections and menu planning room reservations and special functions.  Prepare and distribute agendas and minutes, as appropriate.  Prepare follow up recommendations of the Committee. Manages activities with outside contractors, including auditors, investment consultants, staff retirement administrators, insurance plan administrators, and credit card program administrators. Serves as contact the College’s Member Benefits programs.  Coordinates with outside contractors and the Director of Electronic Resources to manage and maintain the Member Benefits page of the College’s website. Manages the Higher Educational Loan Program for members (i.e. prepare daily correspondences, reviews/approves applications, disburse and collect funds associated with the loan program.  Reconciles the account to provide auditors with a year-end financial report of existing loan participants. Maintain the daily operations of the Controller (i.e., prepare daily correspondence; prepare budget and financial reports to Vice Presidents, Executive Board, Committee  members, and internal management; troubleshooting and processes, billing errors, etc. on a daily basis;  maintain contact with outside agencies, contractors, and Fellows. Provides administrative support to the Director of Budgets and Grants as needed.
