Inside Sales/ Staffing Assistant

Details: Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for an internal Inside Sales/ Staffing Assistant for the Wichita area location. We are looking for individuals who are sales driven and willing to work in a fast paced work environment with the ability to complete Front office tasks along with assisting the Staffing Consultants when needed.The Staffing Assistant is a critical player in an Express Employment Professionals office. To fill all order, develop a pool of associates by interviewing multiple applicants daily and developing strong supporting relationships. Coordinate and reprioritize activities on a daily basis. Ensure high satisfaction levels and retention with associates and client. Implement the Employment Verification procedures. Increase office and team effectiveness by communicating daily.

Customer Service Rep/Office Clerk

Details: Perform clerical and office work as assigned. Work involves standard clerical duties of a highly procedural nature including filing, sorting, and mathematical computations, posting data, keeping records and operating office machines. Assist Billing Manager and Operations Manager with miscellaneous tasks. DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS: The focus of this level is on work of a highly procedural nature. Incumbents must know how to operate a personal computer and other office machines in carrying out job-related tasks. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   Checks in drivers as they arrive at our facilities and coordinates with the dock personnel for the assignment of doors for loading or unloading. Performs clerical work such as entering orders and receipts into our WMS system. Prints all documentation needed for unloading and loading of trucks such as pick tickets, check sheets, lot labels, put away sheets, bills of lading, and receipt notices. Works closely with the operations for printing special request documents and inventories. Performs all filing by customer and date. Answers telephones and personal inquiries, routes visitors and calls to the appropriate personnel, and schedules all appointments for inbound and outbound carriers. Operates a variety of office equipment. Sorts and files correspondence, reports and other materials, alphabetically, numerically, or by other established classification. Works closely with the operations to make sure the necessary supplies are in stock. Performs clerical work such as entering orders and receipts into customers’ dedicated WMS systems, when applicable. Review all documentation and ensure the SOP’s are being followed. Make sure the cycle count reports are printed daily per our SOP’s, counted and signed by the supervisor of each facility.
