Details: The Defense Retired and Annuitant Pay System 2 (DRAS2) Program Management Office (PMO), under the Financial Management Portfolio (FMP), requires ongoing technical and analytical support for the unique issues associated with the Defense Retiree and Annuitant Pay System 2.The primary objective of the DRAS2 PMO is to support Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) efforts to develop and automate various business processes and systems. This support shall consist of Program Management and Control, Configuration Management, Analytical Services, Enterprise Architecture, and Cost/Financial Management activities required to develop, implement and manage DRAS2. These efforts may require the Contractor to travel to the various DLA Centers and Enterprise Data Center (EDC) and DFAS locations.The objective of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) is to fulfill the requirement for the initial development of the design, to prototype and pilot and to a fully operational system.
