Details: FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (HVAC) This position is primarily responsible for work of considerable difficulty in the journey-level performance of building maintenance to include the primary field of heating and air conditioning (HVAC). Performs other tasks as assigned. Salary range: $36,730 - $48, 240. Starting salary depends upon experience.
