Details: Summary of Job Function: Responsible for evaluation, analysis, resolution and project management of key operating systems projects to include back of the house design, operations and through put and speed of service initiatives. Support on-going design and layout of back of the house concepts to support new product and equipment. Act as liaison between Operations and design and development in approvals for prototype layout, conversion layouts to optimize space and throughput.
