Key Responsibilities: • Provide support for preparation for the virtual user conference and other customer-facing events • Research content for the Knovel blog, infographs, white papers, etc • Document the processes related to newsletters, website, etc • Update the media clip book • Assist with preparation of internal and external presentations and other documentation for the launch of the new platform.
