  • Project Management - Corporate Systems (CBAs, Task Management, Status reporting, project budget management)

Accounts Receivable Associate

As the Accounts Receivable Associate for SumTotal Systems, you will have a direct impact on the profitability of SumTotal Systems. You will be responsible for managing our Accounts Receivable portfolio and ensuring timely collection on these accounts, including pursuit of past due accounts. The PeopleSoft Financials Functional Lead (“PFFL”) is a crucial role within Covanta’s Corporate Accounting Team, reporting to the Director of Corporate Accounting.

The PFFL is responsible for supporting the Business Leads and stakeholders for the PeopleSoft Modules. The PFFLwill provide production support, define business requirements and solutions for production issues, as well as for enhancement efforts within the PeopleSoft Financial Modules. The PFFL will also support the integration of PeopleSoft modules with other corporate software/enhancement initiatives.

The PFFL will drive solutions from development through final implementation.

PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE
Assist Cash Management Supervisor in all aspects of Cash Management including Collections, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Disbursements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for collections of parts, truck, fleet and engine accounts to assigned metrics
2. Deduction and dispute resolution on A/R accounts

12. Maintain UCC filing log on all dealers
13. Various General Ledger account reconciliations related to A/R and A/P
