Details: BASIC FUNCTION Under strict supervision, the entry-level Cement Equipment Operator learns basic safety, operations, and repair procedures on departmental equipment, utilizing the mentor program and on job training to include but not limited to: Performing pre- and post-job equipment inspections, performing preventative maintenance procedures, and maintaining support equipment (i.e., pumps and treating lines). The Cement Equipment Operator assists in the clean-up, repair, and preparation for a job, and may be asked to assist during the rigging up and down of service line equipment at the well site. At advanced levels within this position, the Cement Equipment Operator promotes excellent customer relations and satisfaction with the work performed at the well site while performing equipment rig up and rig down and preparing equipment for performing the job. With little or no supervision the individual in this position is responsible for safe and efficient operations of bulk equipment and cement pump equipment on the well site; during the delivery of services in accordance with customer's design and key performance indicators (KPI's). Additionally, the Cement Equipment Operator performs necessary calculations as well as data collection and data distribution at the well site utilizing Tough Book and Configurator as needed. At the culmination of each job, the cement equipment operator coordinates the clean-up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. This full-time position is coming available because of the retirement of the current accountant.This position handles all accounting and financial reporting for multiple companies and properties, including:v      Maintains subsidiary accounts receivable ledger, including recording sales entries, cash receipts, etc. v      Establishes and maintains good working relationships with tenants' accounting staff, including analyzing and resolving billing and collections issues.v      Maintains subsidiary accounts payable ledger, including recording invoices, cash payments, 1099 reporting, etc.v      Reconciles subsidiary receivables and payables ledgers to general ledger.v      Prepares weekly payroll on in-house system.v      Maintains general ledger by analyzing and reconciling accounts; reviewing accounts for completeness, correct account and amount classification; recording all necessary journal entries, including monthly depreciation, real estate taxes, insurance and other accruals; assist in month and year end close, etc.v      Analyzes and classifies tenant improvements and repairs, including determining depreciable lives and methods.v      Maintains accurate and complete tenant rent rolls for each property, including notifications of rent increases, real estate and utility obligations, lease renewals, etc.v      Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.v      Maintains confidentiality of all tenant, employer and employee financial and other information.v      Complies with all federal, state and local legal and financial requirements.
