Responsibilities - Sort incoming claim information, prepare the work to be scanned. Monitor incoming documents via, Fax Server, and mail. Send out correspondence with miscellaneous attachments to the customer. Attach the backup documentation to the claim via image system. Ability to multi task up to 6 different functions per day, change direction quickly due to demands of the volume. Work with two different screens at once, basic reading , writing, computer skills, knowledge of using printers, and fax machines. Support manual processes for five different lines of business; return mail correspondence, review of outgoing letters, opening incoming mail separating incoming mail, and image capture incoming documents to customer claims.
